Everything was amazing, had a perfect 10/10 stay in vacation for real. They gave us a double room with the bathroom, bold plus the tablet. Perfect and magnificent location in a residential area was a plus. A good choice of food for breakfast, everything was good.

The staff was unwelcoming, especially the lady with pink hair who couldn't even muster a smile, very unprofessional. The air conditioning was lackluster at best, barely managing to keep my room acceptable. Woudl ve been nice if I received some complimentary gesture for my troubles, but I suppose expecting that is just too much! Absolute letdown.

Brekkie was a highlight, with so much variety. From fresh fruits to local delights. The staff were super friendly, especially at the bar, tried some nice wines while chilling. Room was spacious and comfy, ideal to relax after exploring the city!

Had a tiny issue with the noisy guests next door, made it a bit hard to catch some Zs one night.

The breakfast was amazing, with a rich selection of fresh fruits and delicious pastries! Plus, the staff was always cheerful and genuinely interested in. The parking was super convenient for us 😊.

This hotel is super nice! The rooms are amazin and techy, u can control everything from your tablet. It's clean, comfy, and the staff really likes pets, which my dog loved. Plus, the breakfast was like next level good with so much to choose from. They even checked on my dog while we were chillin at the bar, sweet!

The only bummer was that it took a while for the service at the bar, and i wish they offered more cocktail options. The room temp could be cooler, was too warm for me.

Parking is a hassle. It's too small for the number of guests, leading to late-night calls about moving cars parked in inconvenient spots. The air conditioning was below par, struggling to cool the room effectively . The tech with room controls was less than user-friendly, often resulting in frustration. I had some noise issues with a banging party on the first night that kept me from sleeping until the early hours, though the room change afterward was appreciated. And what's with the absence of a baby mattress in the baby cot? For the price, I expected better.
